Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational objectives.
- Lead talent management initiatives including performance management, workforce planning, and succession planning.
- Provide expert advice on employee relations, organizational development, and change management.
- Partner with recruitment teams to attract and retain top talent.
- Analyze HR metrics to guide decision-making and improve outcomes.
- Support learning and development programs tailored to business needs.
- Ensure HR policies and practices are compliant and aligned with best practices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar HR leadership role.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to align HR with organizational goals.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strategic thinking with a hands-on approach.
- Deep knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and performance frameworks
Experience
5–7 years in Human Resources or related field, with at least 3 years in a strategic HR role.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent) is a strong advantage.
